Hello, When my trampoline was delivered, I had ordered an anchoring kit at the same time. It was not delivered at the same time. I had to return to the site to understand that it was out of stock and that the delivery was delayed. An email notifying me of this setback would have been welcome. Regards

The quality of the supplied material is good. However, we have a small issue because the ground anchoring kit was not provided. It was not mentioned on the delivery note, my wife sent you a message this weekend raising the issue as the money for the kit has been cashed.

Pleasant and professional phone reception. Material provided is of excellent quality. One remark though: The protective net purchased to replace the old one has a zipper this time reinforced at the seams BUT unfortunately is smaller than previously and unfortunately my children have grown!! So folding it in four to fit into the trampoline!! So there is improvement and less. But the quality is there and that's the main thing!!

Very efficient after-sales service that took into account my small problems with the net support ring and within a week had provided me with the spare parts to remedy it. My children are having a blast on the trampoline which is really great. Good product and plenty of hours of outdoor play ahead.

easy to order and fast delivery however we had taken the small trampoline as a free option and instead we received the football net. We contacted trampoline France to inform them of the error and they told us that there was no more small trampoline but that they would call us back. It's been 10 days and still nothing. Too bad the product is great but the customer service is not great

the carrier contacted us to arrange the delivery and it was only during this delivery that he mentioned having only one package out of the three expected. This necessitated a second visit from the carrier the next day for the two missing packages. It would have been simpler if the carrier had informed us during the first contact, we would have asked him to wait for a single complete delivery.
