This trampoline is great. It impresses with its size. Once on it, there is room for tricks. I do not regret choosing the large size, given the number of times children or adults end up on the side mats. Thanks to the sales service for its responsiveness and availability. Delivery tracking was perfect. I take away one star regarding the difficulty of assembling the new fiberglass arch and the sometimes difficult-to-follow manual. But the sales service is impeccable once again.

This is the 2nd time I place an order, the first time in 2008 to buy a trampoline and this year to change the mat and the protective cushion. I called to make sure I wouldn't make a mistake on the size of the mat and springs. The advice was perfect.

I appreciated the professionalism of this company, as well as the ease of contacting them. A small downside regarding a breakage after a storm, no commercial gesture on the high shipping costs when for me the fault was indeed shared.

Hello, We have read your comment but we do not understand it. We tried to contact you to get more explanations but unfortunately without success. Our protective cushions simply sit on the trampoline and cover all the springs and the steel frame as well. They are then attached with bungee cords to the frame.
