Instructions quite clear, except for the safety net part which was only in Italian and incorrect (the bottom of the support poles for the net does not touch the ground in the instructions). Still regarding installation, one or two screws, washers and other hardware as surplus would not be a luxury. However, nothing was missing in the packages. The material smells good quality once installed and the children are already delighted.

For the delivery: nothing to report, punctual. For the assembly, 2 problems: - the protective sleeves for the net bars that are not mentioned in the manual, - the fiberglass rods that tension the net are too short (or you have to adjust the net posts by 0.5 cm which is impossible without a reference). For the quality of the material: so far everything is fine.

Very good product. Excellent stability and jump quality. Only minor flaws: the fiberglass arch that comes undone in its bundle, and a few springs (4 out of 104) with misaligned hooks. These defects have no impact on the safety and performance of the product. Easy assembly (even alone).

The material was received correctly and on time, thank you. HOWEVER, the fiberglass arc does not go around the trampoline, which causes the net to lean to one side: it looks bad and is not compliant with the visuals presented on the site. the deadlines and the material are very good, the only downside is the delivery person, he contacted me on Tuesday for the delivery, I proposed Wednesday or Friday afternoon, he suggested Thursday or Friday from 09:00, I asked him if the delivery would be at 09:00 and he replied that the delivery is between 09:00 and 16:00, I agreed on Friday, I took my morning off and the delivery was made at 15:45, I think the delivery person could have known the time he would pass and I took my half-day off for nothing, in conclusion satisfied with France trampoline but not with their delivery person.

The delivery of the trampoline was very fast and everything arrived well packaged. All parts were delivered, nothing was missing. The assembly instructions are quite clear and well written... We assembled the trampoline with two adults and a teenager. But it requires a bit of dexterity and time (about five hours to assemble everything: trampoline 4.30 m + net + ladder)
