The order delay was extended but the communication was good. They even offered us an equivalent product that could be available sooner. Since it wasn't urgent, we stuck with the initial order. And once it arrived, it was absolutely compliant and still of quality. Our trampoline is set for a long time, we do not regret the initial investment 8 years ago. Our children are grown today but still spend time in it. And the little ones passing by love it too.

I ordered from France trampoline because you seem very professional at first glance. Unfortunately, only at first glance. The services provided did not match those promised, the papers for the tax exemption were never filled out by France trampoline, so I had to pay VAT twice.. Thank you...., the promised gift not delivered due to a 'mistake' by the marketing department, etc... I called to claim, politely, calmly, what was missing.... I was told that France trampoline made a mistake, that the advertisement on the site was incorrect, the person on the phone did not understand how a tax exemption worked, etc... No apologies, no solutions..... Very very amateur.

Nothing to report on the material and information. Very professional and serious people on the phone. The only downside is that I paid for a 48-hour delivery, I received the product 2 weeks later. The person on the phone told me I would be refunded for the delivery because it was for a birthday, so it really spoiled everything, but now when I send them emails, no more response.
