Order and delivery were great! The assembly was difficult and very long. Quite disappointed with the quality-price ratio, the quality of our first trampoline from a competing brand seems better. Our son has already gotten his foot stuck between the springs because the protection is poorly designed. The basketball hoop is very much liked and the plastic seems solid to see over time.

The original net became dangerous after 5 years, a child passed through it. Product advantage always available but big logistics delivery problem... More than a month without you even knowing where the product was. Then after several calls, the file was taken over by a competent person and the net was delivered the next day!

We had bought the rod for the net separately and in reality, a piece is missing to make the connection all around the perimeter. After-sales purchases are still complicated to get everything perfect. Very good service by phone but regarding the ordered net, I still can't find the door assembly (zip closure) very suitable. The bottom of the opening is 10cm too high and it would be much more practical to have a horizontal opening like for a tent.
