Item conforms to the description, but regarding the delivery... I had chosen a home delivery, the delivery person was supposed to contact me to agree on a day, he did not do so and called me when he was in front of my house. Being absent, he left the package in front of the door... I appreciate this moderately given the value of the package.

The edge cover for the trampoline is well made and gives an overall high-quality impression. The fit is good. The item had a longer delivery time, which was indicated beforehand. I missed proactive information about when the delivery would take place. I had to ask extra for this. However, the shipping notification was sent.

The pallet was overturned when it was delivered to us but no breakage was noted during unpacking and assembly. Furthermore, I notice that the elastic attachments with the plastic hook do not hold well over time, several hooks have broken and I also notice a slight fragility in the collars that hold the posts for the nets. That's all I have to say. Otherwise, great product on the rest.

Why mediocre? Simply because I ordered an XXL pack and to my surprise, the order confirmation had the protective cover package crossed out upon receipt of the trampoline. Why? I don't know, no explanation. I contacted customer service, who told me to send a copy of the delivery note, which I did on May 25. But no further explanations. And to this day, I still have no response. I don't even know if I will receive the cover. And yet, I could have given 4 or 5 stars considering the quality. But today, I feel cheated. Too bad.

Hello, The trampoline is functional, even if in some cases the diagrams in the manual are not adapted to the specific model I bought. A very big negative point that I invite you to consider: the stock reduction policy is not optimal given the very long restocking times. I want to buy complementary products (tent, etc.) but what's the point if it's to receive them almost at the end of the school holidays?? (and we are only in June..). I can't be the only one in this case... You optimize cash flow but surely miss out on sales.. :-(

Having already purchased a trampoline from France Trampoline several years ago, we ordered new parts to replace some that needed to be changed. While everything went well regarding the order and delivery, we found it unfortunate not to have an explanatory manual for changing the new parts. Indeed, some of the new parts ordered have changed compared to the old ones and do not fit together in the same way. Positive point, we noticed that the new materials had been improved in the meantime!

As for the ordering and delivery, it's a trybon service. Unfortunately, I am in the process of declaring a defective product because the net tore at one of the poles. I hope this is an exceptional event.
