Ease of ordering and speed of delivery however the delivery person left the packages in front of my door because he could not enter with the pallet truck. Very heavy packages for one person alone

Service very competent, knew exactly about the order. I specifically chose express shipping (2-3 days) for more money, but it was independently changed to normal shipping. Through a lot of initiative from Trampoline Technology, it arrived after 5 days, as indicated for normal orders. That was good, but not what was ordered! I have not received anything back from the extra charge so far. Would correspond to the idea, assembly went well. Works well!

The order met my expectations. Only downside: the delivery. The delivery person did not bother to come to the indicated address and left it at a pickup point. I had to contact France Trampoline to find out where my package was!! What’s the point of paying for home delivery!!

Nothing to complain about excellent choice, however be careful to plan for reinforcement for assembly, not possible alone. The kids totally love the trampoline, I admit that the adults do too....

Good service except for the delivery. Indeed, the delivery person did not want to carry the pallet up the path to our house and did not want to deliver in the morning. Moreover, he was not very courteous. So I am unhappy with the delivery by your carrier.

Extra trampoline once assembled! Product meets expectations, great quality, only small downside, the manual is "useless" and a tool is missing to easily pull on the springs to put them in place.

Fast delivery: order placed on April 11 at 10:00 PM and trampoline delivered on April 17 at 3:00 PM. The manual and the video complement each other. During assembly, I noticed that a black plastic base was missing on a lower post. I called on April 19 and am still waiting for the part. Lastly, a third step on the ladder would be welcome as our 4-year-old daughter has some difficulties accessing it.

Very good trampoline. Unfortunately, the metal ties to connect the trampoline to the nets are a bit too short. Tightening the nut is not obvious.

The assembly was done quite easily, the manual is rather well explained. The tool for inserting the legs is not easy to use though, but with a bit of method and strength, you can manage without it. Only downside, one of the attachments for the protective cover broke on the first use.

Quality product but the assembly could be improved. The fitting of the lower tubes with the legs of the trampoline is not easy as there is no rotational indexing to align the small integrated springs with the legs of the trampoline.
