Very easy and quick assembly of the trampoline, however a hassle for the accessories if you don't have an electric screwdriver...

Responsive customer service.

We are very happy with our purchase, the delivery was made on time. Only small negative point, the plastic hooks break, I have to call customer service.

Very easy site but delivery was delayed. The delivery took place 10 days after the order, so we had to have it delivered elsewhere than at home because we were on vacation. Packages intact but we didn't have time to unpack.

A very good trampoline for the price. Unfortunately, I had imagined it a bit better, as it is very tight on the sides and way too soft in the middle. Additionally, 4 springs at each corner are not tensioned. Otherwise, I can only recommend it.

In accordance with the descriptions. Very beautiful product, easy to assemble, we are satisfied with this purchase and recommend it.

Deadlines respected. Friendly and polite delivery person. However, the pallet arrived disassembled but all items were present and in good condition.

Well delivered, easy to assemble, sturdy and of good quality. Just one small point that bothers me, the protective cushion goes over the frame during jumps, very slightly revealing the springs and the metal frame. And yet I tightened the tensioners fully. And a small remark, you could make a kit with the protective skirt.

Good product. The package arrived on time but in a poor state. No parts were missing inside. The delivery person did not make much effort to drop it where we wanted.

kit quite difficult to assemble. The fixings of the posts supporting the net on the base structure are too short. The screw length should be increased by 5 mm.

Product of good quality it seems. Fast delivery. One small downside though: we just installed it and we are disappointed that there are no perforations provided for the passage of the support posts of the net.

A bit long delays

Order and delivery without any issues. The 360 tent fits quite well on the Decathlon 365 trampoline. Easy to install, the kids love their new playhouse! The only downside is the quality of the attachments which seem quite fragile for long-term use and I regret that the tent is not waterproof in the rain, even if it means buying a slightly more expensive model.

Good quality. I would have liked to know that the product was out of stock before ordering. As a result, delivery took 3 weeks instead of one. It's acceptable, but we would like to know this right after payment.

We ordered spare parts for our trampoline. The site offers a wide choice of parts. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the too long delay, considering that the parts were not in stock. Otherwise -.

Good description facilitating purchases.

For the trampoline, I would have rather given 5 stars, I give 4 because of the delivery. The trampoline is very good: it seems solid, the jumping mat is quite flexible but not too much, it's pleasant to jump whether you are a young child or an adult. In terms of assembly, it's a bit long of course but quite easy. So we are happy with our purchase. The downside: the delivery!! I encountered a delivery person who couldn't find an address on his GPS, so he simply didn't come! He came the next day without notifying me while I was at work. And he also does not respect the merchandise, given the state of the boxes and the way he transports them! I reported this to customer service who was very correct and understanding.

Fast and reliable, the product seems to be of very good quality. Good advice before purchase by phone.

Very good product, quality. But the packaging was in poor condition at delivery with torn cardboard. Fortunately, nothing was missing.

Trampoline of very good quality. Meets our expectations. We chose the 'Pack Basic Trampoline Jump’Up 360 with Net + Ladder + Anchoring Kit' and it is quite large; Our 2 youngest aged 6 and 11 have fun together and do not touch each other. I highly recommend.
