Hello, the quality of the service is very good. There are 2 points you can improve: the quality of the plastic attachments and the bolts. During assembly, 2 attachments broke and the threading of 2 bolts was damaged. Regards.

I am not satisfied with the ground fixation system. The loops are of very poor quality as they deform very easily by hand. I am not sure they will serve their purpose in case of wind. Moreover, the manual for this fixation kit is poor.

Honestly, really not bad! Trampoline bought for the holidays, very accommodating and great delivery person, it was nice of him because otherwise Santa Claus would have been late! Trampoline assembled without rushing in 3 hours with two adults and three children testing it as we went along. The material seems solid, the instructions are accessible and it was approved on the spot. Small downside for the anchoring kit which seems light with a strap whose stitching has given way. But it's just a strap and not the riskiest part. To see in use. Thank you

I would have liked to be informed more precisely about the delivery time between placing the order and the first email informing of the order's dispatch. I appreciated the details on the packaging (size, weight, composition) everything went well with the carrier (appointment scheduling and punctuality)...

Dear customer, our customer service is at your complete disposal for any doubts regarding the installation of the trampoline and its maintenance, including the installation of the protective cover. To position it correctly, it will not be necessary to disassemble the entire structure of the net, but simply detach the textile net from the top of the poles, slide it towards the center of the jumping mat and cover the entire structure, jumping mat, springs, and protective textile net with the cover. The edge of the protective cover will fit into the gaps between the net tensioning poles and the circular structure of the trampoline. See you soon!

the trampoline is great, the delay between order and departure from France Trampoline is way too long (prepaid, but 4 working days to confirm the order!!! and departure of the material on the 5th day! too long!!!)
