Perfect phone reception, very attentive. There is just a difference between what your customer service says about delivery and what the delivery service says. You = possibility of delivery in the morning or afternoon. Delivery service = impossible to say either morning or afternoon, only during the day. Everything ended well anyway.

Delivered on time. Package in good condition delivered to home. Could improve on the assembly instructions. Some difficulties related to the text and drawings. But the result is correct and in the end no problem. Maybe consider a cover for the mat for long exposure to the sun. Overall satisfied.

Order compliant. Delivery date error quickly corrected and at no extra cost. One drawback: the spring protection pad is poorly secured on the outside and tends to slide inward, thus exposing the top of the springs. Replacing it is tedious but essential for safety.

Good service overall. The only downside concerns the protectors for the posts. The photo shows 6 protectors while the price is a unit price, without it being clearly stated. We needed 6 protectors and only received one. We had to place another order and pay for shipping again.

order well executed within the allotted time, the only thing is that we had to block the day to wait for the carrier who finally delivered around 5 PM, and left the package in the alley ?in front of the cars?and did not help us to put it in a more tactical place despite the weight. He explained that many of his colleagues were on vacation and that he was therefore overwhelmed ?hence the late delivery time?and rushed. Regarding the trampoline, it meets our expectations, the only small downside would be the opening to access it we are afraid that the net will wear out over time ?we would have preferred a closure?and we looked if we were going to change it the cost of it is quite significant ?***??and the green protective cover ?to hide the springs?that we cannot put on correctly because of the ladder.

The delivery person can be very helpful in assisting you to place the trampoline in your desired location, but he is not obliged to do so, particularly for insurance and liability reasons. Unfortunately, it is true that during the summer vacation period, delivery people have busier schedules, which may explain why he did not take the time to provide you with this service, which he is not required to do. Regarding the closure of the Access trampoline net, it consists of 2 overlapping net panels, as mentioned on the product sheet. Our Access range includes the basics of the trampoline, at a reduced price. However, if you were interested in a trampoline with a net equipped with a zipper closure, we would have naturally recommended a model from our Jump'Up range. No problem with the order. For the delivery, there was a delay issue. Your service asked me to call the carrier, but that should have been done by your service, not asking the customer to take care of it. Upon delivery, the protective film was no longer there and one package was torn open with 2 loose metal pieces.

This new net is of better quality, finer mesh, secured access. However, the perimeter of the carbon fiber arc is not large enough (missing 10 cm) to fit everything correctly. There are 10 cm left where the elastic is visible and unprotected. Overall, we are happy.
