It's a shame that I had to buy a complete kit of poles, foam, fiberglass rods AND NET to replace the safety net. Costing around *** for a product that is not worth ***.

The order went well and the scheduling for delivery was good too. The product is of quality (robustness, quality of the fabric). Assembly is complicated in some aspects (mainly the angles that need to be perfect) and we had to work together with 4 people to achieve it. A beautiful product that I hope will last over time.

However, the assembly instructions being intended for several sizes (Access range), some parts for ours (diameter 180) were missing (as they were not necessary); this misled us a bit and therefore complicated the task: we thought we had missing parts.

After studying trampolines on the French market, we chose the Jump from France Trampoline. The sales services are good and the delivery took place correctly. The trampoline has just been assembled. It meets our expectations. However, the assembly instructions could be much better. It is not necessarily the best solution to simply translate the original instructions into French. The assembly requires tools that should be specified in advance. Additionally, at least two people are needed to assemble it. Moreover, one of the two must necessarily have strength. It is not child's play. Offering assembly at a reasonable price would be a great plus in service.

Regarding the assembly, we do indicate on the first page of the manual that two people are needed to assemble it. THE ORDER DELIVERED ON TIME, EVERYONE IS LISTENING, SMALL QUALITY ISSUE ON 1 HOOK OF THE SAFETY NET (BROKEN) VERY GOOD PRODUCT, VERY HIGH QUALITY AT THE FRAME LEVEL, BUT A TEENAGER JUMPING A LITTLE HIGH CAN CATCH THE FIBERGLASS ARCH THAT HOLDS THE PROTECTION NET, AND THE METAL SLEEVES ARE NOT OF THE SAME QUALITY AS THE REST, VERY THIN, ONE SLEEVE BROKE FOR NOW I DON'T KNOW HOW TO REPAIR. OTHERWISE, THE TEAM IS VERY COMMERCIAL, I HAVE NOT YET CALLED TO EXPOSE MY PROBLEM.
