The delivery times were respected, but the boxes were damaged without the material being affected. For assembly, it is necessary to be two; otherwise, it’s a hassle, otherwise good material to recommend.

Hello, we do indeed recommend having 2 people to assemble the trampoline, as stated in the leisure trampoline assembly guide. Sometimes, skilled DIYers manage to assemble it alone, but it is easier with 2 people. The France Trampoline team.

I am delighted with the trampoline I purchased. However, I am not satisfied with the delivery method: the carrier did not deliver on the scheduled day and I had to insist at the second agreed appointment for the delivery to be made after 5 PM.

Only one small problem with the delivery where I had to call many times to be delivered on time. I had requested express delivery in 48 hours and if I hadn't called your services several times and called the delivery person, I would have been delivered 5 days later.

Very good, except the cushion attachments that broke. Be careful not to hook them with the net attachment underneath but around the circular tube of the trampoline. I have warned and hope for a replacement delivery of the elastics???????? I am still waiting. Otherwise, the edge of the cushion rises and reveals the trampoline tube, probably due to the net. There would probably be a need for additional cushion attachments. Otherwise, excellent product. Excellent sturdiness when my daughters jump on it, nothing moves. Well done to France Trampoline.

Everything excellent, the lady on the phone was very kind, the only flaw was the courier! He delivered a completely broken package, hastily, I accepted with reservation (thank goodness) and shortly after I checked the product and indeed the bags of springs were open and one spring was missing. I called the courier back to check on his van but he cut me off and said he would call me back....but I never heard from him again. Fortunately, the company is serious and sent me the springs as soon as I explained the problem without even arguing. So I would say a serious and reliable company, the trampoline I purchased is fantastic.

I am very satisfied with the product, which is undoubtedly of quality, not to be compared at all with other similar ones that are definitely of lower quality, very easy to assemble, if I have to make a small criticism I think that in the complete package given the cost including the ladder would have offered a complete product.

This trampoline is very good but the installation instructions are insufficient, the included clamps are not suitable at all, you practically need professional equipment.
