The net also works for a *** trampoline with the appropriate diameter (ours is 330cm). I was initially a bit skeptical about whether they are compatible, but it works. The assembly requires some strength because the fiberglass rods are not particularly easy to thread at the top, but you can manage it. One star deduction because it is really a bit expensive, and the supplied rubber hooks for securing at the bottom are not usable. We use cable ties instead. That works better. (This was also the case with the *** trampoline)

Complete pack and good value for money, but the descriptions of the contents are brief. It is not specified that there are protections for the trees, but they are only 1m each. And the slack at the top is difficult to tighten because the rope is doubled to be able to attach the accessories.

Super customer service, delivery was excellent and uncomplicated. One screw was missing during assembly, hence 1 point deduction.

Packaging was poor. Screws, nuts, etc. were loose in the box. The box was damaged during transport, causing washers and a screw to be lost.

Quality material, a bit expensive. I would have liked a promo on the model purchased but there was only on the model below...

Average quality

The order took more than 15 days to be delivered. I had to contact the team 3 times to finally find out what was going on. I was told I would be contacted again but nothing happened. In the end, the commercial gesture mentioned on the phone was simply erased by an email explaining that I would receive no compensation.

After several exchanges, I received the correct parts and finished the assembly.

However, efforts could be made regarding the packaging: the trampoline is delivered in 2 stacked boxes and these are really damaged, I didn't have time to unpack the boxes to see if the product is damaged.

Very nice trampoline! However, a bolt was missing, and the instructions are not very clear (according to my husband who is quite handy and took care of assembling it).

Order processing and delivery quick and efficient. Very good telephone reception when making inquiries after the order. You need to allow time for assembly and be a bit muscular for assembling the legs. The negative points are as follows: 2 attachments for the protective sleeve are missing. The ladder attachment does not click onto the bar and is very unstable. We have to carry our daughter to install her in the trampoline. As the ladder lifts the protective net, the zipper closure is elevated and it is difficult to get down from the trampoline to place the feet on the ladder, even for our teenagers. The information sheet sewn onto the protective net to the right of the zipper has been placed askew, which looks careless.

Receipt but reassembly planned in 1 month, so no opinion!

Evaluation: + The material is of very good quality. - The ladder does not allow for a very secure ascent and descent from the trampoline (lack of ramp). + Customer service is very courteous and professional. - Logistics is not their strong point (failure to meet deadlines, no control over delivery providers, and damaged package upon receipt) Experience: I contacted the sales service and placed my order quite in advance for delivery on a specific date (due to a secondary residence). Close to the deadline, I learned that the delivery would not be at my place on the desired day. I had to rent a van to go pick up the packages at the warehouse 1 hour from home. Some packages were damaged and opened. The after-sales service made a commercial gesture for the compensation and offered to replace the items that could have been damaged upon receipt. The material was intact. Assembly: The elements are easily identifiable in the assembly manual. I assembled it alone with my 8-year-old son, it took a bit long (the whole afternoon) but it was doable. The slightly difficult parts: - Pushing the feet onto the base structure - Turning the structure once the feet are fixed. - Pulling the last springs to secure the jumping mat. Usage: The oval 490 trampoline bounces very well across its entire jumping surface. The safety net fulfills its role correctly. Trials - Front and back flips - Jumps with two and three (< 150kg total) - Sitting, lying down, kneeling Conclusion: Given the quality of the material and the professionalism of the agents, the logistics errors are more than compensated.
