After checking the terms and conditions, I have to pay €31 for the return and with the risk that they retain up to 50% of the order amount if the package has been opened. This seems necessary to realize that the order does not suit...

Indeed, for an item weighing less than 25kg, if you wish to return the product via our carrier, the return shipping costs are €31 including tax. You can also return your item via THE POST if you wish, of course. If you return the product clean, new, and well packaged, there will be no deduction, of course. Due to abuses, we had to mention such a level of deduction to protect ourselves from people returning non-resalable products as new while having announced otherwise. If you wish to return your product, please confirm it to us, and we will provide the return address of our warehouses. We are sorry to see that the ordered item does not fit your trampoline, and please know that we remain at your disposal by phone or email every day of the week. The France Trampoline team.

Our daughter does competitive gymnastics. She went through the fabric of our previous trampoline! We can therefore affirm that your material is really of very high quality. The only downside is the instructions and assembly explanations that must be thoroughly reviewed.

Very good welcome during the request for information that turned into an order. Very fast delivery time - clear explanation for assembly - The only problem encountered was that 2 isolated nailed boards were placed on the pallet, underneath the trampoline package. These nails simply pierced the cardboard without damaging the trampoline.

Trampoline of very good quality, easy assembly, possible to do alone without difficulties. The only downside is the foam covers on the bars surrounding the trampoline that keep slipping, leaving the white foam unprotected in some places. Otherwise, very happy with the size (3.60m) and the design.

very good trampoline: wow 4m30. our children have fun on it from morning till night! one flaw, the safety net was a bit torn upon opening. the protective cover is easy to put on and fits very well! the delay between ordering and delivery is 5 days. I recommend it to all our friends!

The order and delivery went well, but the product (trampoline roof) is not as good as I expected. It is not an item developed by France Trampoline, it is just distributed by them and it shows in the inferior quality compared to other products. Assembly is laborious because even with several people, the roof is difficult to handle to be lifted to the right height. The instructions advise to dismantle it as soon as there are heavy rains or wind!!! Very difficult to comply with if it takes 3 or 4 people ready to spend half an hour dismantling it each time! So, I leave it and will see how long it lasts, knowing that to avoid water pockets, I pulled the tarp with clamps.

Delivery within the announced timeframe, on the day by a friendly delivery person. Quite easy to assemble, and rather quick for a device of this size. No particular difficulty. One point to possibly improve: the black caps on top of the poles tend to come off... a bit: find a way to clip them.

We are happy with the result, the material seems to be of quality and designed to last, except perhaps for the plastic attachments of the net. However, I take away one star for the quality of the assembly instructions, which I find insufficiently detailed. I recommend reading several pages ahead of where you are, to be sure to understand well (for example, that the holes must be facing the connectors when you insert the legs, impossible to correct afterwards). And to not lose or break any screws as there are no spares. If, like me, you break a screw, it's a DIY system to finish because it's impossible to keep the kids waiting any longer.
