Very good commercial service. Very short delivery times respected! Material that seems solid. Assembly a bit long. The safety clips for each piece of the frame should have been present everywhere to secure the assembly. The springs are designed for assembly without disassembly. I had to create a tool for easy disassembly, otherwise it is too hard. Once assembled, beautiful quality and the product is very responsive. I am satisfied with the quality/price ratio.

Hello, Just a small remark about the delivery, the packages were delivered in a sad state. In doubt, I noted on the delivery slip 'subject to unpacking'. Because I thought that some material might have been damaged during transport. I even have photos to prove it. But fortunately nothing was damaged. Otherwise for everything else: the website, explanations on the site, the order, delivery times, quality of the material and ease of assembly, congratulations, I am very satisfied.

Hello Mr. Courteau, the Booster 430 trampoline is extremely solid and heavy due to the quality of the material. In 99.9999% of cases, it is the boxes that may arrive a bit damaged, but the material is never actually damaged. However, it is always advisable to mention reservations if needed with the delivery person. NB: the mention 'subject to unpacking' has no value if there was a problem. You need to mark precise and motivated reservations like 'box torn at the bottom' for example. The France Trampoline team.

Perfect service. Replacement of the jumping mat under warranty after 4 years of use, following initial tearing: no issues since. Replacement of the net and protective cover after 5 years of use, and extreme temperatures (-15° in the north to heat in the southwest in full sun): no issues since. The children, as they grow up, still enjoy using it... Small detail: the net seems thinner than the previous one. Second detail: a jumper weighs more than 80kg.

Information taken by phone before the purchase, very available staff, we were well guided. Delivery made within the deadlines, items very well protected and packaged. Assembly of the trampoline took about 2.5 hours (only error in the manual: positioning of the legs at 90° and not 45°!). Very satisfied with the purchase, trampoline which is very solid, well designed which is really reassuring. Not yet used as the grandchildren are not yet on vacation, to see therefore in use and with hindsight.

Very good phone reception during the purchase. Delivery OK. It took quite a while to set up the trampoline but in the end, the kids and teens are happy. However, there is a big issue with the safety net, the attachments do not hold and detach as soon as a child jumps. We have therefore lost some attachments and now only the elastics remain... Too bad...

Excellent trampoline, but delivery was poor... the delivery person was supposed to call before coming, he never did.
