Good but I still haven't managed to assemble it. The tubes are very difficult to fit into the brackets. The tool to spread and tighten the brackets is not effective due to its round clamp shape.

Appolo sport 300 trampoline. Very good quality trampoline, integrates perfectly into the garden. Good practical dimensions for training and not too bulky. Nice effect and a delight for the children. Assembly was relatively easy. Only problems with the ladder and the trampofoot. Delivery on time with arrangements.

Nothing to say about the quality of the trampoline but the seriousness regarding the shipment of the jumping mat leaves something to be desired... moreover, charging for both the return and the sending of the new jumping mat is a bit much, which increases the final price by 30€... when one makes a mistake, one usually takes responsibility!!!

Hello, We thank you for your good rating on the ordered product which was a jumping mat. After checking, you had placed a first order for a jumping mat with a diameter of 2.44m with 48 springs of 180mm (from hook to hook and in your hand). We therefore called you before shipping to confirm these dimensions. You responded positively. After receiving the first package, you called us back to say that your springs are actually 160mm long while you had previously confirmed that they were 180mm. So indeed, in this regard, the return of the second jumping mat remains at your expense as you did not confirm the correct dimensions from the start. We cannot make mistakes in our shipments as you place the order and we also call to reconfirm the dimensions taken by you. We apologize for this inconvenience but we have gone further than any other e-commerce site on this verification point. The France Trampoline team.

Very good quality of the product - perfect packaging - very clear assembly instructions - my 5-year-old daughter spends her time on the trampoline and even the parents join in. I highly recommend this site - the quality of the product has nothing to do with what is sold in supermarkets or sports stores.

France Trampo called me back the same day, apologized for the inconvenience, and IMMEDIATELY resent the missing package without even waiting for the carrier's confirmation: excellent customer service. The trampoline is in accordance with the description.

I followed your assembly instructions to the letter, they are not very clear, the different parts are not numbered and moreover the green fabric pole covers you say should be put on after fixing the poles when they should be put on before because the poles are high and we are not tall enough to put them on. SO WE got caught. WE HAD to disassemble it again. Thank you for your efficiency.

Material conforms to the order and is of very good quality (purchase to replace another trampoline). The delivery leaves something to be desired. The telephone reception and appointment scheduling went perfectly, the time slot could be refined in the morning and the driver respected it. But he could not (or did not want to) take the access road to my house, so I had to take my wheelbarrow and eventually bring my car down to carry the package back up. The driver did not have a hand truck and did not help me unload the package (a trampoline weighs a certain amount!). I was clearly the last customer as the truck was almost empty. I have had deliveries before, but this is the first time I had to go get the delivery at the bottom of my path; fortunately, the fuel delivery driver does not make me go back and forth with a bucket.
