Fortunately, he did not throw it behind a gate or hand it to an unknown neighbor, for example. Quality trampoline. Slight issue with assembly: the legs cannot clip onto the frame, the tubes being too difficult to rotate. Delivery without problems. Assembly hotline available.

We send your package to a professional carrier who often delivers within 48 hours after ordering. Such a level of service often reflects on the price. Order and shipping: very fast, very well packaged. Trampoline: easy assembly and no issues. Each element is well thought out, everything seemed very robust. Small downside with the anchoring kit, impossible to screw the elements into the ground. Indeed, as soon as there is a stone, it is impossible to drive deeper. Usage: magnificent! From the first jumps we have fun... The children and parents are therefore delighted! Finally a trampoline that will last!

Very good product, assembly a bit long but given the sturdiness of the trampoline, it makes sense. However, the delivery company has office hours, so delivery was a bit complicated (this should be reviewed). The whole family is delighted with the trampoline

The quality of the product seems to be very good. A downside regarding the assembly instructions, not always very clear. Another downside regarding the delivery service... Despite the appointment made (you have to be present for a whole day, between 8 am and 6 pm), the package arrived a day late... at the wrong address where I happened to be!!! Moreover, the package was very damaged.

I regret not being able to make my purchase online with the Internet; I had to call by phone and then give my credit card details orally; which is absolutely not secure!!! Moreover, only one of my items was shipped very quickly; I had to call after a week for the rest to be sent!!!

Payment by credit card over the phone (which is the fastest for shipping afterwards) or placing your order via a personalized link sent by email. Delivery within the deadlines, product meets our expectations. The only downside is the anchoring kit; the system that allows tightening the strap is too fragile and does not secure the whole. This is a pity, as the rest of the kit is reliable.
