If this address was not correct, the carrier could not know. Nevertheless, I can assure you that on our part we transmitted all the information to the carrier and asked him to contact you to receive the necessary instructions for delivery, and according to our information, he did so. I also told you that if you had any problems with the delivery, you could call our phone number and we would take care of solving it, however, on the day of delivery we did not receive any news from you. Please understand that the carrier made the delivery at the address provided. If you wanted the delivery to be made at another address, you should have provided it to us. In addition to transmitting all possible information to the carrier and making ourselves available in case any problem arises, there is little more we can do. Thank you very much for your positive comment. However, we are a bit concerned about what you mentioned regarding the charge. Unless there was an error or misunderstanding, it is impossible that we told you that the product is charged once the order is received, as this goes against our policy. It is true that we have a payment option in 3 installments where 60% of the order is charged once it has been received, corresponding to the second and third payment installments. However, for this, you must choose the payment option in 3 installments. If we do not choose this option, when placing the order online and entering the card details, the charge is made at the same moment, exactly like when we make a purchase with a card in any physical store. However, having stock of other fiberglass arcs of similar length and in order for you to continue using the trampoline, our solution was to provide you with slightly larger arcs and in greater quantity (at no extra cost) so that you can easily adapt it to your trampoline.
