I ordered a trampoline mat and was disappointed because I thought the springs were included in the order. This point needs to be reviewed as it is not very precise. Thank you for taking note of this.

Hello, Thank you for your comment. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is not mentioned that the jumping mats are delivered with the corresponding springs. In the SPARE PARTS section, there is a special tab for the springs. The entire France Trampoline team.

For the delivery: nothing to report, punctual. For the assembly, 2 problems: - the protective sleeves for the net bars that are not mentioned in the manual, - the fiberglass rods that tension the net are too short (or you have to adjust the net posts by 0.5 cm which is impossible without a reference). For the quality of the material: so far everything is fine.

Good communication, fast shipping. Package in good condition. Easy assembly thanks to the well-explained assembly booklet. Only downside: the carrier (subcontractor) did not respect the delivery slot they had set (9am-1pm but delivery at 3pm). In short, good shopping experience.

Excellent service. Fast delivery. Impeccable carrier. In our 4.3m Jump up, there was a missing length of fiberglass reinforcement. Customer service reacted quickly and we were delivered the missing part in less than a week. Very serious company.

Very good product. Excellent stability and jump quality. Only minor flaws: the fiberglass arch that comes undone in its bundle, and a few springs (4 out of 104) with misaligned hooks. These defects have no impact on the safety and performance of the product. Easy assembly (even alone).

The material was received correctly and on time, thank you. HOWEVER, the fiberglass arc does not go around the trampoline, which causes the net to lean to one side: it looks bad and is not compliant with the visuals presented on the site. Do you have a solution to correct this error, it’s as if you sent us an arc suitable for a Jump'UP 360 or 390 trampoline while we ordered a 430. WE COUNT ON YOUR RESPONSE. Best regards,

The assembly of the Jump'up 460 trampoline is very easy, it is assembled in 2 hours. Delivery is quite fast and the quality-price ratio is a bit excessive... The delivery person was very nice.

Jump'Up 430 trampoline purchased on April 22 and delivered on April 29. Assembly without problems, the T-assembly system is clever and the whole seems very robust. The prices are not the cheapest but the quality and service are there!

the deadlines and the material are very good, the only downside is the delivery person, he contacted me on Tuesday for the delivery, I proposed Wednesday or Friday afternoon, he suggested Thursday or Friday from 09:00, I asked him if the delivery would be at 09:00 and he replied that the delivery is between 09:00 and 16:00, I agreed on Friday, I took my morning off and the delivery was made at 15:45, I think the delivery person could have known the time he would pass and I took my half-day off for nothing, in conclusion satisfied with France trampoline but not with their delivery person.

The delivery of the trampoline was very fast and everything arrived well packaged. All parts were delivered, nothing was missing. The assembly instructions are quite clear and well written... We assembled the trampoline with two adults and a teenager. But it requires a bit of dexterity and time (about five hours to assemble everything: trampoline 4.30 m + net + ladder)

Product of much better quality than Decathlon, at competitive prices. 4.3m trampoline can be assembled in 1 hour, without tools, very easy. Assembly of the net takes longer (due to a large number of bolts to screw). Ultra efficient customer service.
