Very easy order. Very fast delivery. Very friendly and accommodating delivery person. Difficult assembly: the metal elements of the frame fit together poorly. We had to use pulley systems to align the elements properly and fit them together.

The basketball hoop is of poor quality. After one day of use, it no longer holds horizontally. I am trying to modify the fixing paste to improve the product.

Order processing and product reception very good. As for the product, the manufacturing quality is very good (given the high price, it's preferable) but the design is much less so. Five water drainage zones for a diameter of 2.5m, of which 4 peripheral zones do not protect the springs.

Hello, We have taken your comment into account. Water drainage is necessary and in sufficient number so that water does not stagnate on the trampoline. Regarding the trampoline, there are about fifteen plastic fasteners at the end of the elastics that are broken. I don't know if I stretched them too much or if I positioned them incorrectly. Despite videos showing a simple installation, I never managed to tighten the zip line. After several attempts with the help of several people, a strong pull was the ultimate solution. Otherwise, it made my daughter happy.

Very good product, sturdy, effective, delivered on time. However, an effort should be made on the assembly instructions, especially regarding the identification of the different bars, which is not obvious in the drawings, as well as on the correct way to install the safety net (which part should be on the inside?).
