Net purchased as a replacement. The delivery was not respected because I had requested that it be delivered later as I was on vacation. It was shipped anyway, I had to change the delivery and go pick it up on the day of our arrival, otherwise the net would have been returned to the sender. Let's hope this net will be sturdier than the previous one as I barely kept it for 2 years.

The opening of this new protective net is less practical than the old one. The entrance was rectangular and not a slit. The net seems thinner. It feels a bit like savings were made on the quality of the product.

I am delighted with the person who informed me by phone before I placed my order. I am thrilled with the quality of the material received. I bought my trampoline 9 years ago and I am more than satisfied as well and I frequently recommend you. However, I am very unhappy with the delivery time. My order was supposed to be delivered in June, then on July 15, I received my package in mid-August. My children will have enjoyed the trampoline for 2 weeks out of 9 weeks of summer vacation.

Good for the product and delivery... however, it is not quite suitable for my trampoline... regarding the lower attachments of the net frame. To see over time with a DIY done... Moreover, I find the exit of the trampoline through the net dangerous... children can trip at the foot and are forced to hold on at the net closure level with their hands to pass the exit... to see also over time

Hello and thank you for your comment. Unless we are mistaken, your trampoline is not of our brand. Our spare parts can also fit other brands but are not always compatible. Regarding the net entrance, we previously had an L-shaped opening but the new trampoline standard requires us to offer only a vertical opening. Best regards, the France Trampoline team.

Order made following a damaged cover, France trampoline customer service very responsive and professional. Diameter error of the cover, but the error was quickly corrected by customer service. The only downside, the delivery person left the order on the trampoline which did not allow me to refuse the package that did not have the correct diameter. But France trampoline took it back at their expense, and quickly sent the correct cover without charge.

The delivery person was very nice, he dropped off the package where it suited me and all with kindness and friendliness. It's a bit complicated to reach the office by phone and leave a message. But they are serious people in their job. A safety note, I have 8 small children and the youngest (4 years old) had the idea to go underneath while the others were playing on top. So supervision is essential, but maybe a net underneath would be welcome.

The package was not delivered to the address indicated on my order. The delivery person left it in the adjacent shop.
