Very significant delay, several months, in the delivery of the product which cannot probably be entirely attributed to the health crisis. Moreover, the delivery was made in 2 parts with an interval of more than 6 months between the two receptions. Otherwise, the product is of very good quality.

Quality product...super only complaint is the very long delivery time. I had to call because the product was supposed to be delivered, email in support, but nothing. I had to call the carrier who had subcontracted to another... it took time... the delivery person was very nice 5 stars but their company is too slow...

You have to be patient depending on the model chosen. This is the second trampoline purchased from France trampoline. The first lasted 10 years. The last model purchased is a bit difficult to assemble but the result is always satisfying.
