Order received in two parts with a lot of delay. Almost 2 months late for only part of the order and a good month later for the rest! An incorrect phone advice on the possibility of the tent fabric with the ordered model led to the cancellation of the tent fabric order.

I ordered a protective cover for my trampoline and I wasn't sure I made the right choice. I still have doubts because I haven't covered the whole trampoline. It wasn't specified that with the safety net it is not easy to install.

I ordered a trampoline for my daughter's birthday. Fortunately, the first part of the package containing the trampoline arrived on time despite a late order. However, the second part containing the protective cover was delivered to another person with the same name, same first name, same address, "bizarre coincidence". Great product with this oval trampoline. It fits well in our garden. It is very sturdy and resistant for our 2 teenagers. We are very happy with our purchase. Small downside: the net closure does not go all the way down, which requires caution when getting on and off the trampoline.

Too bad the delivery took so long even if I understand the COVID context but still several months. And especially 2 separate deliveries the trampoline after 3 months and the anchoring kit another 2 months later... Otherwise, effective phone contact to get information on the deadlines and change a delivery address given the delay. Too bad the phone details were not changed at the same time as the address. This generated some misunderstandings with the delivery person....

Quality material, we purchased the Apollo Sport 500 Trampoline Pack. We are happy with the product, which conforms to the description on the site. However, we are very disappointed with the delivery: our delivery date was postponed 3 times without being notified. There is a real lack of communication between the provider and the customer. This is not normal. We can understand that there may be delays, but we would have liked to be informed, it is a minimum respect for customers. We therefore had to send several emails to obtain satisfaction. Very disappointed with the delivery.

Too bad because everything is perfect except that on the trampoline we have a defective spring and despite the photos sent, the seller remains in bad faith saying that this is normal, not very commercial especially having received the protective cover with a month and a half delay! So too bad given the price of the product to end up with a bad note especially since sending a spring would not have cost the company!

Quality product but issues with delivery tracking. A delay was announced (2 months) and was not respected. I called for the first time (after 3 months) and they could not provide me with information about the delivery. Strangely, it was only after sending an email threatening to cancel my order that I received a delivery tracking email in the following days.
