We have a somewhat mixed opinion of our order, after ordering a premium trampoline net with a velcro wallet closure, we received the net identical to the standard model. After an email to address this order issue, we were told that we indeed received the ordered model and that the velcro model is no longer marketed. Quality material, we purchased the Apollo Sport 500 Trampoline Pack. We are happy with the product, which conforms to the description on the site. However, we are very disappointed with the delivery: our delivery date was postponed 3 times without being notified. There is a real lack of communication between the provider and the customer. This is not normal. We can understand that there may be delays, but we would have liked to be informed, it is a minimum respect for customers.
