The net does not go all the way around at the base while at the top at the stakes everything corresponds, unfortunately I cannot close the zipper all the way down.

The product is compliant and of quality.. However, the delivery did not go as planned... no contact from the delivery person to define the delivery day.. being a merchant I had to call customer service twice to be sure about delivery details.. which is not very serious either but I had to organize myself on the spot... too bad

Very happy with the trampoline, however the anchoring kit is of mediocre quality, especially the straps, one broke while tightening it by hand, I dare not imagine the day when the wind blows at over 100 km/h

We have had our trampoline for 10 years, we have bought several nets but the last one was not of the same quality as the previous ones, the attachments keep coming off, let's not talk about the edge of the trampoline. The first time we change it in 10 years which is quite good except that this one will not last 10 years for sure.... lower quality, we are disappointed with the accessories we have to repurchase, trampoline at this price...

We understand that you encountered difficulties in fixing the attachments at the bottom of the net that allow it to be secured to the trampoline frame: could you send us a photo of your installation so that we can ensure that there was no problem during assembly, or that you did not receive defective parts? Furthermore, regarding your protective cushion, the materials have evolved in recent years, the impression during installation may be different from your original cushion, however, we assure you that this new cushion will provide you with the same level of safety as the old one! What I didn't like is really the unavailability of the items because they are accessories that are not complicated, like a shoe rack or the small ladder that can be found everywhere else and the waiting times are over 2 months so one shouldn't take advantage of that. On the other hand, there are no promotions or discounts on the amount of my order that I paid in advance.

Good product, but... The nuts are low quality. I replaced everything with stainless steel locking (2 E for the 8). 2 small frays on the steel wire that braids the cable. The spacing of the tensioner is insufficient to fit both sides of the cable. It's not a big deal, but it bothers me. I like things to fit properly! At this selling price, we shouldn't be *** Euros short to provide quality materials! The set works and the kids are happy.
