Some models, especially larger sizes, take longer to assemble, but we have not received negative feedback from our customers regarding assembly so far. Satisfied with my order at France trampoline but the delivery service leaves much to be desired as there was no appointment and a phone call 15 minutes before the delivery person's arrival. I could not receive the package as I was absent due to a death and I found my order on a pallet in front of my gate because the delivery person could not come back. Fortunately, the package was in good condition and compliant. So I am not happy with the delivery.

The product is perfect, but I was very disappointed with the delivery conditions. The chosen provider asks the customer to be present one day during the week between 8 am and 7 pm, without at least being able to guarantee a delivery in the morning or the afternoon before the morning of the delivery itself. In short, either you take a whole day off just for that, or... too bad for you! I wrote to France Trampoline to report it, but no response... disappointing!
