This is the first time an order has gone this way and I am really disappointed. The order was only prepared after the administrative payment. So a longer delivery time for an order of less than *** €.

Waited 2 months for restocking item but payment was processed immediately, then delivery postponed by 5 days from the announced date at the order. Trampoline assembled for 2 days, seems of very good quality. However, while the placement of the parts is easy with the booklet, assembly is very physical, the provided clamp is not very effective and 3 people are needed for certain actions.

Good product and service but I still took a risk because the site does not specify the length of the spring I ordered. I had to count the number of coils, and indeed the spring fit perfectly.

Very happy, my children and we are delighted. The only small downside (one of the springs is a bit bent and the contents were just not an extra) otherwise the trampoline is really well suited for children and adults.

Delivery + deadlines ok. However, the original fiberglass arches were equipped with an elastic that connected them to each other, which meant we had 2 large half-arches that were easier to install, which is regrettable.

The delivery was as described on the homepage and thus flawless. All parts were present and in perfect condition. Small point of criticism: one could also include a few more screws/nuts, etc. The assembly was manageable with the instructions. Getting the poles into the T-connector was a bit difficult (it was a bit stuck!!). All in all, I am very satisfied and the kids are having fun too.

We have not yet set up the zip line, but the children loved the special trampoline basketball hoop (besides, it was your gift) as for the net, they also tried it and found it good, except that it moves a bit at the top when they climb, but they manage to go up on one side and come down on the other....
