Thank you for trusting us with our complaint about the missing products we ordered. This site resent our entire order. We recommend buying a set or accessories for a trampoline from this site to maintain it longer and we can replace broken products instead of throwing away a whole trampoline set.

I wanted to replace the net of my Jump'up 360 trampoline. On the site, I saw 2 references that were suitable, but in the photos, it was impossible to know what the differences were. I therefore wrote an email to support, but I did not get more explanation. I chose the cheapest net. It was not the original one, so a bit disappointed. On the phone, I mentioned a broken fiberglass rod and that I found it unfortunate to have to buy 12 as proposed by the site, while only one was necessary. The amount was sent to me for free. From that point of view, I am satisfied.

For the trampoline, nothing to say, it looks sturdy and of good quality, but on the delivery side, it's a disaster! Completely useless carrier, leaves the goods on the road!!!!!

Trampoline received quickly but with legs that have paint chips and a non-functional bracket to secure the posts.

The arch does not hold well in the safety net, I have already requested to receive a 10 cm piece to see if it holds better! No positive feedback yet

Delivery too expensive!

Very fast delivery. Good quality products. Assembly information not quite correct regarding the ground mat. The instructions delivered with the product or the online video do not match the received product. Impossible to attach the ground mat as described.

Very good product, however the materials are much thinner than the old trampolines. I give 3 stars because I find it extremely unfortunate that it is so expensive to buy a whole trampoline rather than the parts to restore the existing one. I don't find it very ecological or economical.

Well received. Solid and reliable material but the assembly guide lacks precise details for certain steps and the fasteners received were different from those indicated in the same guide. Posts difficult to fit into the intended support. Forcing required. Nice final result after quite a bit of sweating to assemble it.

Just to point out that some mini portions of the fiber arch were missing. Not having thrown away the old one, I had to recover a length otherwise I wouldn't have been able to install the net of my trampoline.

I ordered spare parts for my 10-year-old trampoline. Quality still as good. However, finding the right dimensions for some parts is not easy at all. I made a mistake for the "16 brackets for net attachment Ø42/38", I needed the size below...

Good product but missing an elastic to attach the cover to the dome.

The equipment itself is very satisfactory but an 80x60 pallet for putting 3m long boxes seems a bit tight to me and the boxes ended up a bit damaged during transport.

Purchase of Ovalie 490 Trampoline. We are satisfied with the quality of the trampoline, seems sturdy! Let's see over time, purchase made following the advice of an acquaintance who bought a trampoline 13 years ago (never disassembled for winter) and in excellent condition (1 net change in 13 years). We hope for the same for our purchase! Satisfied with the quick delivery time and the transport service of the goods. The assembly is very long, deciphering the assembly guide is not easy, there are missing markers to find your way. 2 people are enough, an additional person at times to avoid too much difficulty. The video available on the internet facilitates the assembly. In total, we spent the day on it. For the 3 stages: 1h15 for the structure; 1h for the trampoline mat (missing markers to avoid making mistakes before placing the springs) and the protective foam. 1h20 for the net and finishing + anchoring. Regarding the tools provided, we were apprehensive after reading the comments and we were surprised, no problems on our side.

Very happy with the swing but disappointed with the deck chair as no carabiner was provided in the box so it is impossible to attach it to the dome and use it.
