Fast delivery, the material seems to be of good quality.

Delivered in 1 week, trampoline easy to assemble in 1h30, very happy children. The only downside, after a week, a permanent squeaking due to the springs that got damp as soon as there are children playing inside.

Excellent quality product like the rest only delivery time too long apparently due to stock shortage.....

The delivery person got stuck in my neighbor's driveway and broke 3 pine branches while reversing.

DELAYS A BIT LONG BUT HAD BEEN WARNED SO NOT DISAPPOINTED.

Following a strong gust of wind, I had to change a few upper half-poles of my "jump up 360" trampoline. I received them quite quickly. The only downside is that they are not quite identical to the originals. The new ones are a bit shorter (-7 cm) and there is no longer a locking system between the lower part and the upper part of the pole. Nevertheless, I was still able to install them on my trampoline and they serve their purpose correctly.

Fast delivery. Good quality material. Too bad there is no advantageous pack including accessories (ladder, protective tarp, stakes).

The service guided me well in my steps to order the said item but I am very surprised that the quality of the item in question is so mediocre as it tore as if it had received a cutter blow, while I did not need to use this tool to unpack it and when I installed it, there was nothing.

There were no disappointments

Two pole sleeves were missing from the delivery, after two complaints we received two sleeves, one of which was too long by 15 cm.

Good responsiveness and good follow-up following my request for a fast delivery. Tape on the package placed on the edge of the ordered trampoline: removing the tape leaves marks on the edge of the trampoline.

Very good materials, super trampoline. The delivery was done without any problems. The only downside, and not the least, is the quality of the assembly instructions. They are unclear and not very detailed. Nevertheless, our 4.6 m diameter trampoline is indeed in our garden for everyone's enjoyment.

Very fast order and delivery. The material is sturdy but a small downside regarding the anchoring kit which is low-end despite the price. We hope this kit will allow our trampoline to hold during strong winds.

In this jungle of Trampo products of all origins and all kinds, France Trampoline really stands out. - a clear site with a wide choice, - detailed, complete, and precise characteristics, - a real commercial service that really responds, knows its products, and is not just there to read sheets, - a product received the day after the order, - a Trampo at a much higher price than elsewhere but if you really take the time to compare, the materials and finish are incomparable. Ex: tube fixation, top net, protective mattress. Kudos to this Bordeaux company for its customer focus and the quality of its products. A satisfied Aubergenvillois (78).

Order for spare parts for trampoline frame compliant. Packaging needs to be reviewed regarding protection and tape placed directly on steel parts, difficult to remove.

Delivery time a bit long. Bad surprise upon delivery of the trampoline tent, which, contrary to the photos on the site, cannot be set up with the net in place. We had to rig a system so as not to have to dismantle the net every time we want to use the tent.

If the provider is the delivery person: zero. Did not bother to call. Came to my house when I was absent. Dropped the order in my parking lot.

Excellent material, we will see how it ages. The delivery went well. The downside is the assembly which we had difficulties with. There were three of us and we spent much more time than what was announced and we had the computer at hand...
