Hello Sir, We have noted your comment and we apologize for the inconvenience, but after checking, you ordered online the complete 4m60 PREMIUM protective net which includes, as indicated in the product sheet, the textile net, the posts, the attachments, the caps, and the fiberglass arcs. This item is found in the ACCESSORIES section of our website. If you wanted just the textile net, for example, you should have gone to the SPARE PARTS section and then to the NET PARTS tab where we offer either a net with strap or for fiberglass arc. If you wish and if the items are still new, you can return the unused parts to our warehouse. Ordered material conforms and seems to be of good quality, fast delivery as expected. However, one piece was missing from the package, the return was quick within 8 days. On the other hand, I was debited twice for the same order, they should refund in a few days...? The site responds promptly in case of issues, that's the main thing, but it still makes a lot!

Hello, As indicated in our T&Cs, Delivery tab, trampoline deliveries are subject to an appointment that must be made directly with the carrier. The delivery method is standard and offers delivery on weekdays, with a wide time slot (9am-3pm). However, we remain available to our customers to best supervise the rounds of the transport company.

super quality trampoline! we are delighted, as it is made in France, and the quality is really there, the finishes are really top-notch. I do not give 5 stars because the assembly instructions are not the easiest, I had to look for a tutorial on the internet. but very well done, as France trampoline provides it!

Easy order, ultra-fast shipping, accessories received exactly as I expected. But shipping costs are exorbitant 14€ for a package of about 1kg ... HOWEVER, it is indicated on the site that the delivery company will contact to set an appointment for receiving the package ... FALSE ... We found a delivery notice in the mailbox one evening and obtaining a new delivery is purely impossible! We had to make a 120 km round trip (Angers / Le Mans) to pick up the package! You would do well to use postal services they are more serious and cheaper!

Very good phone contact. Excellent follow-up of the delivery, very fast. Easy assembly (it's heavy and you need to take the time to look very carefully at the instructions) for such a large trampoline. The only downside is the plastic attachment hooks of the safety net: 5 broke on the first jump (there was only one person) and they were well attached as per the instructions. Metal attachments (like carabiners) might be better.

We called a specialized company and chose an expensive trampoline to have quality and we were very disappointed. Especially regarding the frame: the holes for screwing are not aligned, we had to buy a drill to enlarge and align them. The holes are probably made before bending the tubes and not after as it should have been. We also had to buy a tap to redo a good part of the threads. In short, a lot of equipment to buy when the manual indicates that no other tool is necessary. Instead of a few hours, assembling the frame alone took an entire afternoon (about 7 to 8 hours). For a specialized company and for the price, the quality is not up to par!
