I forgot to notify a promo code that would have allowed my children to get a football accessory when validating my order. I asked for a gesture to send it to me later and was refused. So very disappointed with the commercial aspect and not the trampoline despite broken plastic hooks during the first jumps.

If you did not mention it, we had to offer to send it to you for 12 € including tax only, or to cover only the shipping costs and not the item at 45 € and the 12 € for shipping. The jumping mat of my trampoline was torn and the manufacturer does not offer to sell this item alone. On France Trampoline, I was able to order a jumping mat that perfectly fits my trampoline (I just had to provide the diameter of the jumping mat, the number of springs, and the length of the springs). My trampoline is like new at a lower cost and my children are delighted!

However, a few reservations: - very long execution times and little information on the arrival of the product - I had requested to be contacted by phone before delivery to be sure to be present (message left for this purpose on your site); this was not the case and the product arrived and left while I was abroad - message indicating that my product would soon arrive when it had already left - I had to contact France trampoline by phone to set a new delivery date (for this, very good telephone reception and efficiency of the operator for this second shipment) - in the end, it started well, it developed poorly, but it ended well!

We cannot contact all the people who request to be contacted before delivery to tell them that this is not possible. This is mentioned in the 2 shipping emails that are sent. Moreover, we cannot know that you would be absent from your home and that you were unfortunately traveling. Regarding the instructions, we had sent you an email with the correct instructions before your delivery, clearly specifying the error in the instructions in the package. Regarding the delivery, the carrier uses (especially for an Apollo Sport 500 trampoline that weighs over 225kg and measures more than 2.5m long) semi-trailer trucks (44T).
