Good follow-up after purchase and a call from the carrier to schedule the delivery. Order processing was correct, a week of waiting. Which is very reasonable for a large package.

Appolo sport 300 trampoline. Very good quality trampoline, integrates perfectly into the garden. Good practical dimensions for training and not too bulky. Nice effect and a delight for the children. Assembly was relatively easy. Only problems with the ladder and the trampofoot. Delivery on time with arrangements.

Fast and correct delivery, quality product. Small issue with assembling the legs at first, otherwise OK, a bit expensive with no possibility of negotiation. One must not lose any screws as there are no extras.

Very good quality of the product - perfect packaging - very clear assembly instructions - my 5-year-old daughter spends her time on the trampoline and even the parents join in. I highly recommend this site - the quality of the product has nothing to do with what is sold in supermarkets or sports stores.

Order arrived late (afternoon instead of announced morning) due to the carrier, independent of France Trampo. Order arrived incomplete, notified France Trampo by email. France Trampo called me back the same day, apologized for the inconvenience, and IMMEDIATELY resent the missing package without even waiting for the carrier's confirmation: excellent customer service. I followed your assembly instructions to the letter, they are not very clear, the different parts are not numbered and moreover the green fabric pole covers you say should be put on after fixing the poles when they should be put on before because the poles are high and we are not tall enough to put them on. SO WE got caught. WE HAD to disassemble it again. Thank you for your efficiency.

Material conforms to the order and is of very good quality (purchase to replace another trampoline). The delivery leaves something to be desired. The telephone reception and appointment scheduling went perfectly, the time slot could be refined in the morning and the driver respected it. But he could not (or did not want to) take the access road to my house, so I had to take my wheelbarrow and eventually bring my car down to carry the package back up. The driver did not have a hand truck and did not help me unload the package (a trampoline weighs a certain amount!). I was clearly the last customer as the truck was almost empty. I have had deliveries before, but this is the first time I had to go get the delivery at the bottom of my path; fortunately, the fuel delivery driver does not make me go back and forth with a bucket.

Delivery and contact were quite correct. But the delivery person did not offer to bring the package to my house from my gate, which is still 80 meters to carry the package. Admittedly, the package only weighed about ten kilos, but it would have been more correct to offer to bring the package to the house.

The service has been good, we would recommend the page to others. To improve, perhaps the transportation price which seems excessive to me.
