Good service, good material, could do better for after-sales service.

Fast and serious.

Phone call on the day of delivery to know availability for reception. Kindness of the person. Mini max very damaged but no problem for exchange with supporting photos. Quick email exchange. However, for the 2nd delivery of the mini max, no email or call, delivery received by neighbors who fortunately were there.. I have not been able to set up the trampoline which is a Christmas gift, let's hope everything will be OK.

We are delighted with our jumping trampoline 4.30m. The children are having a lot of fun. Simple to assemble. To ensure the stability of the trampoline we installed the anchoring kit. We will see.

We just had a problem with the carrier who indicated a delivery on Friday afternoon, but we were delivered on Monday. France Trampoline did everything to ensure that the delivery went smoothly. The trampoline meets our expectations exactly, the children love it. The assembly was long but that’s normal, and the instructions are quite clear. We recommended to our friends to order from France trampoline: a French company and a quality product!

Super fast shipping: ordered Monday morning received Wednesday in Idf. Thank you! Assembly in one afternoon by me (a mom) and two children (9 and 12 years old) for the greatest happiness of the little brother of 4 years as it was the birthday gift, so assembly relatively easy ... Just a downside: one of the attachments of the protective net broke right away. But everything else is perfect. Based on the advice obtained by phone, I opted for the Jump'Up 360 Trampoline Pack + Net + Ladder. I do not regret at all even if in the end the whole thing is already of a nice size and does not fit in a small corner of the garden... It allows my 4 children, even their friends, as observed during the birthday party, to have fun like little crazy but in a secure way provided that some simple rules and common sense are respected. very fast delivery as we requested for a birthday. Appointment with the carrier ok. Trampoline to be assembled by at least two people, it is of good quality, the net provides very good protection as it is well fixed with the mat. The kids are having a blast!!!!

Assembly quite easy, the assembly drawings are a bit small. I had a bit of difficulty inserting the fixing feet.

Product quality satisfactory and corresponding to the description except for its dimension: ordered and paid for a round trampoline of 4.60 m in diameter. delivered a trampoline of 4.30 m in diameter. I realized this when measuring it to order a protective cover. Is compensation possible?

The stock shortage was 15 days longer than expected. Too bad...! But the big issue is the delivery: Poor delivery service: 1st delivery without notice => No one to receive it, we asked the delivery person to wait 20 minutes and he left... Difficult to get a second appointment...

Very good quality tarp, which allows for nice jumps. Small downside, the net attachments seem a bit fragile since one of them broke during the first week.

Hello, I had good phone contacts before purchasing the trampoline. Our purchase corresponds to the description and our needs. We had a rusty steel connector inside. 3 plastic attachment systems broke: one during assembly and 2 others in operation. France Trampoline reacted quickly by sending a new connector and about ten attachments. Very good after-sales service so far. The assembly guide is generally good but could probably be optimized by improving the graphic quality and realism of some sketches. It's only been a month since we got the trampoline, we'll see how it ages over time. This evaluation should be redone in 2 or 3 years. The anchoring kit should be provided as standard with the trampoline to align with the safety objectives displayed by the site.

Good customer service

Very pleasant trampoline. Easy and quick assembly. The fixation supports for the protection net are not sufficient to my taste, as when there is wind, the two supports loosen. Moreover, the anchoring system is only good on soft ground. I live on a rocky terrain and it is almost impossible to set up your fixation system.

Very good quality product, which gives us complete satisfaction, we really feel a great security when our children play on their trampoline.
