Patience and availability of contact given the situation. Appreciated commercial gesture made. After, I still regret that supposedly French products are made elsewhere than in France (hence the big delay in delivery because products did not arrive in the France Trampoline warehouses.)

We are very happy with the trampoline, it is great quality and the kids love it. We had a couple of issues with the delivery but the customer service team at France Trampoline were exceptional, especially Coralie Edwards. We are very happy with the product and the service received and would highly recommend this company.

The order went very well as did the delivery. Perfect. This trampoline is wonderful for both an adult and my little girl who just turned 3 and it was for her. A bit complicated to assemble but it's sturdy and well protected. Over time, outside, I don't know the duration but I trust. Thank you again. Very good product in relation to the price.

Very good product despite the long wait for delivery. I was warned of a 4-week delivery time which was extended by 2 weeks, which can happen given the context... however I am very disappointed regarding the payment as my payment was debited at the time of the order and not at delivery!!!
