Very good contact pre and post-purchase with telephone support, good relationship and good advice. The quality of the product (Wow) is impressive, especially on the steel frame. The manual could benefit from additional explanations, such as on the assembly of the sleeve protections on the net fixing tubes, or the installation of the protective cover. Last less positive note, I receive spam for a clearly unsolicited advertising campaign barely a week after the purchase. That's good thanks, I just bought a trampoline, I don't collect them. And I don't like spam.
