Fast delivery. Problem with a part during construction. I sent a complaint email in the morning, by evening the part was sent and received the next day. So good after-sales service. The trampoline seems to be of good quality.

Efficiency, speed, friendliness. Second trampoline purchased, the first lasted 6 years, the mat was changed once (spring seams were coming loose), intensive use all year round outside by the sea, secured by strong winds. Let's hope the second larger one lasts longer. Ease of obtaining spare parts. Fast delivery.

Consultation, ordering, and setup flawless, we are very satisfied. One point deduction for the delivery, which took 1-2 days longer through "Wunschtermin.de" and since the driver did not notify the shipment 30 minutes in advance by phone as agreed, we happened to be home.
