We placed an order with Jump'in Spain and had a problem with the delivery of the trampoline. But the company took full responsibility for the problem and offered us compensation. We are very satisfied with the treatment and the compensation received.

I am very satisfied with the purchase and quality of the product. I live in the south and the trampoline will be exposed to the sun, we will see if it holds up. The only downside, I was not informed of the delivery knowing that the second passage is charged *** euros, fortunately I was at home. Assembly well explained, I assembled it all by myself in half a day, quality is there and the kids are satisfied

GOOD MATERIAL, but there were missing pieces in the package so I called the number written in the assembly book to get customer service, they were supposed to call me back but the after-sales service is like I was a few days before Christmas I had to make the missing pieces myself.
