Very serious company, trampoline built very well, very sturdy and worth the price paid. Compared to many trampolines available, it has a significantly higher quality-price ratio. They sell many accessories to buy separately. I bought a freestyle board with which my children do tricks as if they were on a snowboard track. When you contact the company for any needs, they respond immediately. I highly recommend it also because they provide spare parts if necessary.

Product conforms to the description and delivered on time. For assembly, I recommend watching the very well-made video tutorials, the paper assembly guide is less clear. The trampoline seems to be of good quality. To see in the long term but it already brings happiness to the family!

Replacement of the jump mat due to a defect. Very quick reaction from the after-sales service, no discussions, just action. A big thank you. The difference with other companies of equal quality (which is not often the case) lies in the warranty and after-sales service. I am fully satisfied.

There was a missing item in the package, which was resolved following a phone exchange and a shipment. Good quality product and easy to assemble (3 hours for 2 people for an ovali490 model). We chose to pay the price for quality and we are very happy. Especially the children! Assembly is easy but quite long.
