Trampoline purchased 8 years ago. The net and the padded surround were damaged. I contacted France trampoline by phone and although my trampoline model apparently is no longer manufactured, I was able to find the parts to change without any problem. Thank you France trampoline

I ordered 3 spring protectors for professional use trampolines. Good quality product, well above the public model. However, I did have an unexplained tear in one of the covers. I emailed their customer service and was contacted... 20 minutes later!!! It's rare enough to be noted. Especially since they immediately sent me a new cover without further discussion, really very professional as a company.
