Good service overall. The delivery posed no problems even if the desired time slot was not entirely respected. The after-sales service is quite correct: A spring was missing during the assembly of the trampoline which was immediately sent to me.

We send your package to a professional carrier who often delivers within 48 hours after ordering. Such a level of service often reflects on the price. In the future, if a neighbor or family member has a trampoline, combine your accessory order with that purchase and you won't have shipping costs for the accessory. The France Trampoline team.

Hello, we thank you for your comment confirming the receipt of a spare part, namely a jumping mat. We indicate on our website that the carrier only calls for leisure trampolines. The large packages. For a package under 25kg, we pass it to the DPD carrier (formerly EXAPAQ) who manages all small packages and cannot call before delivery. This is mentioned in the shipping emails. hello I am very happy with both the service and the product. It was the first time I bought and I had to call to solve some doubts and the treatment was perfect. As for the product, it's wonderful, it looks of very good quality and very safe. The only flaw I found is that it came without assembly instructions, although I also have to say that we had no problems assembling it.
