I had made a mistake in my order regarding the model of the protective cover, and I really appreciated that they called me to ask if the ordered cover was meant for the trampoline in the same order, which was the case. The assembly instructions are very clear, everything goes as indicated.

Nothing to report. Impeccable material. Robust quality, well finished, even in the entry-level ranges. Customer service always available for spare parts individually. The site even sends weather alerts for extreme events where it is advisable to protect the trampoline.

We ordered our trampoline last summer and we are still very satisfied. We didn't pull all our hair out during assembly because we must admit that we are not DIY experts 😊 Recently we ordered a protective cover with a phone courtesy from the company that met our expectations. The products are of quality, the information is provided with precision and above all...with a smile....at least we feel it
