Very easy-to-access site. Attentive and very professional staff. Trampoline received without issues, a clearer manual would have avoided the problem of orienting the feet relative to the W arches (they should first be associated together before being mounted on the circular arches of the structure). A downside for the carrier, not at all attentive during the phone contact, but we cannot hold that against the people of France Trampoline.

Delighted with the quality of your products... A nice phone contact to confirm my order was taken into account. An immediate response following a partial delivery. A friendly and professional Alloin delivery person... The trampoline meets my expectations... Especially since I am demanding! A pleasure that our 3-year-old son shares with us and our friends since the trampoline is also for adults. I highly recommend France Trampoline. Only disappointment: the 5% discount that was not applied following the Facebook Like.

The minimax is small, compact, and easy to assemble. For now, after 15 days of use, it fully meets my needs for cardio or fitness. I recommend it. Too bad there are so many shipping costs 15/54*100=27% of shipping costs in the total amount.

Fast delivery, package not damaged, the trampoline is really of good quality but not so easy to assemble!!! It takes a bit of time, 2h30 to 2 hours, the main thing is that it makes the children happy!

The material seems robust, it still took us almost 4 hours to assemble everything trampoline + safety net + ladder. The downside is the assembly instructions (without going to the extreme of a flat-pack furniture ***) Some indications are missing, especially when bridging the legs, it would have been wise to specify to pay attention to the position of the holes... once set, very difficult to remove and then put back.

My purchase was by phone. The attention and interest that the two ladies gave me deserve the highest rating, especially the saleswoman to whom I promised to call but unfortunately lost the number and her, I think I remember, exotic name. Please convey my gratitude to her. The material is excellent, very strong and easy to assemble, although the assembly instructions drawings could be improved. Its price, compared to other products of this kind, is above average, it is the most expensive. Thanks again for your diligence and attention. Best regards.

Delivery okay, no problem, date and time slot respected, good quality product, to see in use, however the system for fixing the side nets is too fragile, it breaks, so I had to fix them differently than in the instructions to prevent them from breaking.

No surprises. Delivery ok: the appointment for half a day would be more practical than for a full day. Assembly instructions correct, it should be noted on the packages the names of the parts indicated in the manual: time-saving for assembly! Otherwise, super trampoline: my three children (12/11 and 7 years old) are delighted. The oval is large and does not take up much space in the garden.

I ordered a protective net. It was delivered to me by a carrier who contacted me to confirm the delivery day. Everything went well. Regarding the net, I find that the quality has improved compared to the first purchase and I congratulate you. The assembly is very simple. I took the opportunity to check the entire trampoline. It is in perfect condition even though it has been exposed to the elements for 6 years, summer and winter. I am really very satisfied with all your products!
