Excellent material, sturdy, of quality (which I also appreciate from my perspective as a PE teacher). Small issues with delivery: protective net of the wrong size and some questions during assembly that the instructions did not explain. Good follow-up from customer service and a small appreciated gesture for the minor inconveniences. I recommend without hesitation.

When I decided to buy a trampoline, I consulted my friends and I have friends who have a trampoline from France Trampoline for 6 years. Given its impeccable condition all this time, I ordered without hesitation and as my friends pointed out, if you want to change a part that is starting to wear out, no problem since there is a manufacturing follow-up.

I have assembled and used several trampolines, including some *** This one is of much better quality. More robust, better thought out, better bounce. In short, it's the best I've used so far. The delivery was made before the announced deadlines and it fell perfectly for my son's birthday. To finish with the negative points: I find it a shame that for an oval trampoline, the ladder is not at the ends (to benefit from the length). Plastic ties should be provided to secure the protective socks for the net poles (because they fall off).

Excellent, an extra trampoline that brings joy to the whole family. The product is of excellent quality and seems made to last. From order to delivery, nothing to say. In addition to comfort for the assembly experience, it would be good to have more detailed advice on setting up the jumping mat with the very numerous springs. This is the difficult point of assembly. So better advice, a tool to put the spring without pinching fingers and a way to remove the springs when there has been an assembly error...

Areas for improvement: The entire logistics part, no confirmation email upon payment, hence the doubt of having fallen on a pirate site, no order tracking on the website, the delivery person (it is not France Trampoline but a service provider) who contacts us to warn us on the day of delivery, unable to give us a time frame for delivery (Sorry we also work!) we manage to get the info that he will deliver between 11am and 6pm, I take half a day off for the afternoon to receive the package and boom!... he shows up at 8am... In conclusion: Super material, the kids are having fun safely, but it's a shame that this material does not have the logistics corresponding to the quality of the material!... This will not prevent me from ordering on the site...

I am very satisfied with the service, order, advice, delivery. The Apollo material is of good quality. Assembly took an afternoon. The explanatory instructions for assembly are correct but I had difficulties trying to follow the instructions for attaching the protective net under the trampoline. Not all plastic hooks of the net can hook onto the D-rings! In trying to do so, I put the net under too much tension and 4 rings broke at the first jumps. (I replaced them with small carabiners that I hooked at the level of the springs, so the net is less tense)

Very serious delivery person (rare these days) we agreed on an appointment and he arrived at the scheduled time, very convenient when you have little time. After studying trampolines for weeks, I opted for France trampoline. Aside from a broken hook but I will contact customer service (not important) I think I made a good purchase. Time will confirm.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect from the order, simple and quick online, to the delivery on the day and time agreed with the provider. Nothing was missing from the packages. And the assembly of the trampoline went without complications.

Very happy with the responsiveness between the order and the delivery date (beware of the delivery provider who was not up to par (see very mediocre)). However, the assembly of the trampoline went very well (about 2 hours)... The children have a lot of fun in it ... for hours!!!! Small regret, the springs squeak when a person over 60kg uses it... My purchase from France Trampoline is the result of a chance reading of the weekly Famille Chrétienne. The product seems to be good. Its price also seems to be one of the highest on the market but I have no quality comparison. One weak point, however, several of the net attachments under the mat immediately broke during installation.

So far everything is unbeatable

Negative point: the manual is a bit too brief (like many products these days). Positive points: very available customer service if you have questions (which was my case). Material of very high quality (I ordered an oval 490). The tubes are huge, and the net is very resistant as advertised. The protective cushion is so thick that it is impossible to get hurt when falling or walking on it. The net is attached at the bottom of the trampoline which makes it impossible to pass through the net (the entrance door has a double security, velcro inside and safety clips outside). I recommend this product 100% to buy with your eyes closed. Just be careful about the size in the garden, it is huge (4m90) :) :)
