very nice material, easy assembly despite the time spent (at least 3 hours for the trampoline and the net). There isn't a day that the kids don't jump on it. They can't do without it!

Delivery as expected (order Thursday evening/delivered Tuesday). Trampoline apparently of very good quality (we will wait for the ravages of time for a definitive opinion)... / I assembled the trampoline and the safety net alone in 3 hours and 30 minutes. Very good purchase... the kids and the older ones are delighted. Highly recommend

Excellent service. Fast delivery. Impeccable carrier. In our 4.3m Jump up, there was a missing length of fiberglass reinforcement. Customer service reacted quickly and we were delivered the missing part in less than a week. Very serious company.

Website is quite clear, company easily reachable by phone for additional inquiries (with knowledgeable staff), efficient order control (I had made a mistake ordering a product twice, they called me to confirm/correct), fast shipping. The product - an Ovalie 490 - is compliant and seems to be of good quality (material, finishes).

Very good product. Excellent stability and jump quality. Only minor flaws: the fiberglass arch that comes undone in its bundle, and a few springs (4 out of 104) with misaligned hooks. These defects have no impact on the safety and performance of the product. Easy assembly (even alone).

The material was received correctly and on time, thank you. HOWEVER, the fiberglass arc does not go around the trampoline, which causes the net to lean to one side: it looks bad and is not compliant with the visuals presented on the site. Do you have a solution to correct this error, it’s as if you sent us an arc suitable for a Jump'UP 360 or 390 trampoline while we ordered a 430. WE COUNT ON YOUR RESPONSE. Best regards,

clear product presentation - it seems to me that the door made in the net was more practical before with its Zip, short delivery times perfectly respected, I do not buy a trampoline every day and wish not to need replacement parts (which are available) too soon

No problems with the order and tracking. Very good delivery service. Packaging may be too compressed as one of the tubes was damaged... Very good product with some difficulties in assembly (more than 3 hours), especially for the safety net to stretch it correctly, the fiberglass rods cracked... so disappointed on this point. Moreover, there is no protection for the joints of the rods as indicated in the manual.

The assembly of the Jump'up 460 trampoline is very easy, it is assembled in 2 hours. Delivery is quite fast and the quality-price ratio is a bit excessive... The delivery person was very nice.
