The basic product is robustly designed, and gives the impression of safety in use. Easy to assemble and install... Until the "protective roof" which is almost "impossible" to install, even with several adults, because at an ABSOLUTELY INACCESSIBLE height. How to build and place the frame? How to lock the "velcro" around the bars of the structure more than 3 meters above the mat? I wonder how it is possible to consider dismantling it in case of wind! This accessory is not at the technical level of the rest of the material. It feels like an add-on, a patch-up, let's hope it won't be the cause of the destruction of the whole... in case of wind for example.

After purchasing a jump-up in 3m60, I have nothing but compliments to make on all points of view. The listening, the advice, the availability, the friendliness of the telephone service, for the transport: ordered on Thursday afternoon received the package on Tuesday noon with a call from the driver to confirm the time, the pallet was kindly moved in front of the house, for the assembly, between the videos and the instruction booklet, no problem we did it with two girls in 3 hours... advice: just plan in addition to the flat wrench delivered in the package: a 10 pipe wrench for time saving, the quality is good, nothing to complain about. The kids are really having fun and are safe.

Very fast delivery: order placed on Friday evening and trampoline received on Wednesday morning! Very nice trampoline, thick spring protectors on this model (jump up 3.60m), safety net looks sturdy and no issues with assembly but you need at least 2 people.

Hello, I have received my order (Booster 360), and quickly. I congratulate you. I assembled it at the end of last week and everything is perfect. I was just surprised because I thought I had ordered the kit with the protective net, but it was not included. After checking the invoice, it was my mistake as I did indeed order and pay for the trampoline alone. Nevertheless, I would still like to have the net. hello, indeed happy with the reception and the package. the trampoline was quickly assembled. everyone is happy. to regret, perhaps 2 things: the protections of the vertical tubes that slide revealing the tube at the top, the net that is exactly in line with the spring protector, which does not sufficiently protect the gap between the spring and the mat. for now, everything is ok.
