Very well thought out products with a small reservation to make regarding safety considering the 8% slope necessary for adults and teenagers to have fun. A belt and a carabiner should be provided to prevent underestimating the risk of falling. Best regards

The order went smoothly and the announced deadlines were respected. However, the package was in a disastrous state and even the item’s packaging was damaged. Caught by the Christmas deadline and having checked that the item was not broken, I still retrieved it.

First of all, the delivery went very well with a very nice delivery person who helped me with the unloading (220 kg after all). Be careful with the packaging which had suffered some damage but fortunately only on the outside and not the merchandise. As for the trampoline, it is of very good quality. It seems to be of very good quality overall but we will see the wear over time. The instructions are still a bit lacking in my opinion. Overall very satisfied with the purchase and the kids are thrilled.

Quick responses from customer service to the questions asked. Very fast delivery. Easy trampoline installation, count on half a day. Result: very stable, robust trampoline, used daily for a week. Anchoring kit a bit light, but given the weight, the trampoline is unlikely to move. For us, ladder essential. Overall, quality and safety after X comparisons of market products.
