Great store. The equipment is really top-notch and they give very good advice. Real customer service! I bought a pair of Faction skis there, and the following year I broke my binding. I came back to see them and they changed the part immediately and free of charge (even though my binding was 6 years old). They don't try to sell at any price, but to really satisfy the customer!

Easy-to-access store used for ski equipment rental. Very good welcome and efficient equipment return service. Good value for money when renting via the website. Less convinced by the team in charge when we picked up our equipment: not very attentive to our needs despite the fact that we were alone in the store.

Certainly one of the best shops in Les Arcs, beautiful, well-maintained, great products at very reasonable prices. What can I say about the team except that they listen to their customers, researching their needs and finding the perfect product for them. This was also the case when I bought my snowboard. Thank you a thousand times over. Keep everything, change nothing!

Such an amazing place, everything is conveniently located around the town centre with free transport around the surrounding villages. The people, the food and the place is simply fantastic.

I found the initial meeting with staff very useful. I returned with an issue with my skis and still was treated kindly and with patience. Also good location, close to Olympic telephonique.
