Fast delivery but a freeze-dried bag from my order turned out to be no longer available and the company replaced it with another bag (from another brand) without asking my opinion. My 1st order was "confusing" as the addresses on the labelling were reversed and my parcel was delivered 50 km away to someone whose parcel I received. We were lucky that the address on the bottom label was correct and that I was able to contact the person and proceed with the exchange/return. The commercial gesture on the other hand was up to the mark for my 2nd order (points, reduction and elimination of delivery charges). Another point: the freeze-dried products are of high quality.
