First of all, thank you for your comment and feedback. Each manufacturer indicates on the sachet the instructions for rehydrating the dishes. It's a very simple process: add the water indicated on each sachet, stir and wait the time indicated before tasting. This is not yet the case for delivery to Belgium, where the Colissimo rate of 8.95 applies. Following your comment, we have checked the status of your order. The parcel was dispatched on 28/08 and delivered to the chosen relay point on 01/09. Hello, we do indeed sell different kinds of long-life meals (from 1 to 25 years). On the one hand, you'll find freeze-dried meals to be rehydrated, which are much lighter than sterilized meals, which are "ready-to-eat" and therefore heavier to transport. Once you're on our site, we think in terms of categories, where it's indicated at the top of the Lyophilized menu and next to it Sterilized, and in each product data sheet, we explain how the dish is processed. But we fully understand that for a first-time visitor, all these notions may be subtle.
