Thank you for your confidence. Concerning the preparation of the eggs, the quantity of water to add depends on the consistency you wish to obtain (scrambled eggs, pancake batter, cake ...). One egg is equal to 13 g of powder, so you need 3 tablespoons of water for one tablespoon of powdered egg. Sébastien from the Lyo team

Everything is as ordered. Quality products and impeccable service at Lyophilise. The only negative point is the delivery, I had asked for a 24h delivery, and received my parcel in 48h (it's not Lyophilise's fault). Chronopost "screwed up" at one point. I had no explanation on the subject despite my request for information sent to their service. Lame post office

At the moment, we don't have a dispenser to measure the required quantity of water delivered with the boxes. But we're thinking about integrating them into our various packs. Sébastien

Delivery received on time, the only problem was that one of the water sachets had a tiny hole in it when it arrived, which I didn't see until after I'd received and opened the package. Mail to customer service, very responsive and very professional problem solved within an hour. I'm very satisfied with their service, having already placed several orders with Lyo and Co the other orders were top notch.
