Thank you for your feedback and for your positive rating. As for the rest of the comments and suggestions, we remain very attentive to our customers' requests. But first, we'd like to clarify one point... Just because a company is an e-commerce site doesn't mean it's Amazon or one of the heavyweights of online sales :) We offer free shipping on orders over 70 for delivery in France (this model is viable for us), free shipping on all orders is simply not possible for the moment. As for Black Friday and the tempting discounts ... well, for a small French company like ours, we're not Amazon. Nevertheless, we have a section with promotions all year round, which allows you to make good deals but with prices that are within the law. Several orders to date and more to come. Very satisfied with the products I order and also with the team? One detail about my last parcel, it was completely opened in two. The box seemed a bit light.

During transport (post, chronopost....), some parcels may be damaged, but this is beyond our control. As your parcel is very light, the cardboard chosen by our logistics team holds up well for similar orders under normal circumstances. However, we will pass this information on to our team.
